สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์แห่งชาติ (สกมช.) เดินหน้าขยายความร่วมมือด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ของประเทศ ผ่านการผลักดันการจัดตั้ง Sectoral Computer Emergency Response Team (Sectoral CERT) ในหน่วยงานบริการภาครัฐที่สำคัญ เพื่อยกระดับการป้องกัน การเฝ้าระวัง และการตอบสนองต่อภัยคุกคามไซเบอร์ที่มีความซับซ้อนมากขึ้นจากการใช้เทคโนโลยี AI และการเข้าสู่ยุค Post-Quantum

อีกหนึ่งไฮไลต์สำคัญของงานคือพิธีลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MoU) ระหว่าง สกมช. กับภาคการศึกษา นั่นคือ คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนางานวิจัย ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ และสร้างบุคลากรด้าน Cybersecurity รองรับความต้องการของประเทศในอนาคต

พลตรีธีรวุฒิ วิทยากรณ์ รองเลขาธิการ สกมช. ระบุว่า ภูมิทัศน์ของภัยคุกคามไซเบอร์กำลังเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว เมื่อ AI และ Generative AI ถูกนำมาใช้เป็นเครื่องมือโจมตี ส่งผลให้การโจมตีมีความรวดเร็ว แม่นยำ และขยายผลได้ในวงกว้าง ขณะเดียวกัน AI ก็เป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญที่จะช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการตรวจจับ วิเคราะห์ และตอบสนองต่อเหตุการณ์ไซเบอร์ หากมีการใช้งานภายใต้หลักธรรมาภิบาลที่เหมาะสม

รองเลขาธิการ สกมช. ยังกล่าวว่า ในอนาคตการแข่งขันด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์จะเปลี่ยนจาก "คนป้องกันกับแฮกเกอร์" ไปสู่ "AI ฝ่ายป้องกันกับ AI ฝ่ายโจมตี" ทำให้ประเทศไทยต้องเร่งพัฒนาทั้งเทคโนโลยี บุคลากร และความร่วมมือระหว่างทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อสร้างความพร้อมในการรับมือภัยคุกคามรูปแบบใหม่

ภายในงานยังมีเวทีเสวนาและการบรรยายจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้าน Cybersecurity ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ครอบคลุมประเด็น Cybersecurity Trends 2027, ผลกระทบของ AI และ Agentic AI ต่อการป้องกันองค์กร การเตรียมความพร้อมสู่ยุค Post-Quantum รวมถึงแนวทางยกระดับ Sectoral CERT จากการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล IOC ไปสู่การวิเคราะห์เชิงพฤติกรรมและการใช้ AI เพื่อสนับสนุนการป้องกันภัยไซเบอร์ระดับประเทศ โดยมีผู้แทนจาก Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, True Corporation, ThaiCERT, Health-CERT, Energy CERT และ TB-CERT ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์

สกมช. ระบุว่าจะเดินหน้าขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคการศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อเสริมสร้างระบบนิเวศด้าน Cybersecurity ของประเทศไทย เพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการป้องกัน รับมือ และฟื้นฟูจากเหตุการณ์ไซเบอร์ พร้อมสนับสนุนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลของประเทศอย่างมั่นคงในระยะยาว

NCSA Expands Sectoral CERT Network to Strengthen Thailand's Cyber Resilience in the AI and Post-Quantum Era

Thailand's National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) is accelerating efforts to strengthen the country's cybersecurity capabilities by expanding the Sectoral Computer Emergency Response Team (Sectoral CERT) initiative across critical government services. The program is designed to improve cyber threat monitoring, incident response, and information sharing as organizations face increasingly sophisticated attacks powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the emerging Post-Quantum era.

A major milestone announced during the event was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the NCSA and the Thammasat Business School, Thammasat University, establishing long-term collaboration in cybersecurity research, academic cooperation, knowledge exchange, and workforce development to support Thailand's growing digital economy.

Delivering the keynote address, Major General Teerawut Wittayakorn, Deputy Secretary-General of the NCSA, said the cyber threat landscape is rapidly evolving as AI and Generative AI are increasingly leveraged by threat actors to launch faster and more sophisticated attacks. At the same time, AI has become an essential technology for enhancing cyber defense through intelligent monitoring, analysis, and incident response when deployed responsibly under proper governance.

He noted that the future of cybersecurity will shift from a battle between human defenders and hackers to a competition between defensive AI and offensive AI, underscoring the need for Thailand to invest in advanced technologies, cybersecurity talent, and stronger collaboration across public and private sectors.

The conference also featured expert sessions on Cybersecurity Trends 2027, the impact of AI and Agentic AI on cyber defense, Thailand's transition toward the Post-Quantum era, and strategies for evolving Sectoral CERT operations beyond traditional Indicators of Compromise (IOC) toward AI-powered behavioral threat detection. Experts from Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, True Corporation, ThaiCERT, Health-CERT, Energy CERT, and TB-CERT shared insights into emerging cyber risks and national cyber resilience strategies.

The NCSA reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening Thailand's cybersecurity ecosystem by fostering closer collaboration among government agencies, industry, and academia, expanding the Sectoral CERT network, and enhancing the country's capability to prevent, respond to, and recover from cyber incidents while supporting sustainable digital transformation.
